Located in 1375 Ridge Way, Pasadena, Los Angeles, the elegant Pasadena Art House is designed by Robert D. Farquhar, a stint at one of New York’s great classicist architectural firms, Carriere and Hastings.

This artistic home offers eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The spacious public rooms include a gracious entry, grand living room with fireplace, beamed ceiling, French doors leading to the front and back gardens and an impressive stairway alcove with a powder room and doors leading to the outside and to the kitchen.

The formal dining room is exquisite with a fireplace, a vaulted ceiling and sunroom, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. The updated kitchen has granite counter tops, built in appliances, attractive wood cabinetry, inviting breakfast area and French doors which lead to an expansive deck with built-in cooking facilities.

The second floor consists of the master suite with a fireplace, generous sized closet and a remodeled bathroom with double sinks, vanity, a spa tub and a shower. There are four additional bedrooms, three remodeled bathrooms and a large den. And the third floor offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom and abundant attic storage.
